Clickbait Games presents Panic! At The Picnic

“Panic! At the Picnic” is a free tower defense game, and Clickbait Games’ first release. It was made in one month as part of the Game Dev Field Guide Monthly Jam (Update: it was rated as the best entry in the jam). For those unfamiliar, a game jam is an event where developers are challenged to create a new game from start to finish in a given time frame and with a specific thematic constraint. The theme for this jam was, “You are what you eat.”

Like many others I spent innumerable hours with consoles and PCs. In video games I found both an escape from the trials of youth and a way to bond with people who have become lifelong friends.
